Fog Cutter - a modern tropical cocktail by @shannonmustipher
- 1 oz Cuban-Style Rum
- 1 oz Pot Still Jamaican Rum
- 1 oz Peruvian Pisco
- 1/2 oz Navy-Strength Gin
- 1/4 oz Creme de Noyaux
- 1/4 oz Sesame Syrup
- 3/4 oz Calamansi Juice (Or Yuzu, If Easier To Find)
- 1/2 oz Sweetened Oloroso Sherry Or Cynar
Combine all in a shaker with cubed ice. Shake and pour all contents into a Mermaid Geeki Tikis® mug and float Lustau East India Solera Sherry or Cynar 70 on top. Garnish with mint and a dehydrated blood orange wheel.
